A review of medical literature reveals that several methods cramoplasty to increase penis size really work, although some are not satisfactory.
A study published in the journal British Association of Urological Surgeons found that the traction method is the most effective in lengthening the penis.
However, it also found that surgical procedures can be dangerous and have a level of complication 'very high'.
Italian scientists, Marco Ordera and Paolo Gontero from the University of Turin, conducted the study.
Both examine the literature on the two methods, surgery and cramoplasty, to increase penis size and found ten relevant studies.
Half reported that the surgical technique performed on 121 people, while others discuss the noninvasive methods used by 109 people.
A study reported increased traction method average 1.8 inches in flaccid state.
Other studies have reported that increases penis size average of 2.3 inches when flaccid and 1.7 inches when erect.
However, to achieve this result the people have to follow a difficult condition that involves six hours a day for four months of traction in the first instance and four hours for six months in the second example.
Another method being investigated by scientists including 'penis pump' that uses a vacuum to the withdrawal of the organ.
The researchers say that use of the pump effective if used for a period of six months.
Ordera and Gontero also reported that the ring 'peno-sctroal', which according to the organ, it can help to increase the size and maintain an erection.
Both say that every increase in length, did not increase the thickness of the organ, but also does not cause impairment.
This study comes after a large increase in the number of patients seeking urological advice for 'short penis'.
Many men who seek help because they tend to exaggerate what is considered normal.
The researchers added that the organ can be considered 'normal' if at least 4 inches when limp and 7.5 inches when erect though some flexibility should be made according to height and Body Mass Index (BMI) of men.
