What's Choice Boss Quality?

The Hiring Site Site spoke to the personnel manager and recruiter to explain what the qualities of a leader in oneself. The compilation of answers and responses of the respondents was pursed on 11 points of quality that indicates a person may come in the category of a true leader. Some properties that is needed is integrity, communication, confidence, and passion. Here are 11 points from the view of some personnel:

* Consistent and understandable. Would be difficult for the subordinates to make the boss look good in the eyes of others if the boss's attitude has no consistency or acted arbitrarily without rules. Especially when the tricky situation he always comes up with ideas by which he meant "out of the box", but the ideas that came out it tends to be incomprehensible or illogical.

* Your boss can ask subordinates to do his orders without the need to use coercive tactics or pressure. The bosses, is expected to frame the discussion as a basketball coach who can take decisions and leading what tactics to use.

* Promote the subordinate who is judged to have potential. Because when you always take people from outside the office to fill important positions are vacant, their subordinates would feel uneasy and do not feel have the possibility to move forward.

* A good boss will defend your actions (when the action can still be accounted for and that is good), also will always help when needed.

* A good boss understands, that not all tasks given to you can become a number one, and if necessary, open to working with you in a set order of priority.

* An ideal boss know the strengths and weaknesses of each subordinate in the company's organizational structure, and always remember it. Thus, small violations carried out by an employee who excel will not require a similar response when it occurs offenses committed by one of the employees who often commit violations.

* Boss extravaganza will always provide information about what is happening in upper management levels and provide guidance where roughly the rate the company will run.

Indeed no human being is perfect, but we can always strive to be better, right? Well, what do you think? Are the qualities of attitude and behavior that is mentioned earlier really needed in a leader?
